At Brancusi, we create a relaxed dining experience built around fresh, seasonal ingredients. Our menus are shaped by the rhythm of the seasons and crafted using produce from exceptional growers, suppliers, and producers we trust.

During the day, we serve a vibrant breakfast, brunch and lunch offering—rooted in the spirit of Partisan classics, with a few thoughtful additions of our own.

In the evening, our head chef, Sam Varley, presents a weekly changing menu inspired by European classics. Expect generous, flavour-led dishes that celebrate seasonality and quality—from handmade pasta to local game and an ever-changing selection of beautiful vegetables.

Brancusi in the evening is about coming together: good food, good wine, and a warm, convivial atmosphere.
